1. Introduction
Welcome to Lipafy. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Lipafy is a payment facilitation service that allows users in Africa to settle global payments using Mobile Money.
2. Use of Service
Lipafy provides a bridge between Mobile Money wallets and global merchants. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Mobile Money account in a supported country.
3. Fees and Payments
By initiating a transaction, you agree to pay the quoted local amount, which includes the service fee and foreign exchange margin. All transactions are final once confirmed via your Mobile Money PIN.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users may not use Lipafy for illegal purposes, including money laundering, fraud, or purchasing prohibited items under the laws of Kenya or the destination country.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lipafy is not responsible for the delivery of goods or services from global merchants. Our responsibility is limited to the settlement of the payment transaction.
